## IMPORTANT: BEFORE YOU BUY

This listing is for the genuine top-end ventilation component bundle, verified directly against the official factory parts diagrams:

* **COVER, BREATHER (Model K1/K2/K3/K4)** – Part Number: **11186-41F00** (Metal breather chamber cap)

* **GASKET, BREATHER COVER** – Part Number: **11177-38A00** or **11186-41F00** (Specialty rubber channel sealing gasket)

* **Donor Vehicle:** 2002 Suzuki Volusia 800 (VL800)

* **Component Location:** Mounts to the top-rear section of the engine's cylinder head assembly.

## Description

This is a genuine **OEM Suzuki Rear Cylinder Head Breather Cover** complete with its matching channel rubber sealing gasket. Removed from a functioning 2002 carburetor-model V-twin cruiser engine, this specialized plate caps off the integrated top-end crankcase ventilation system to properly regulate inner motor pressure and oil mist separation. It serves as an excellent direct replacement for a warped casing, cracked bolt guides, or heavily oxidized top-end chamber covers.

## Vehicle Fitment

* **Suzuki Volusia 800 (VL800):** 2002

## Condition

* **Functional State:** In solid working condition. The metal housing is fully intact with zero cracks, stress fractures, or warped sealing surfaces. The mounting loops are thick and unstripped.

* **Cosmetic State:** Shows typical signs of standard road exposure and garage storage. Expect normal engine dust, minor superficial scuffs, and natural oxidation/staining on the unpolished metal surfaces.

* **Notes:** Sealing grooves are clean. The accompanying rubber gasket is included as a placement reference, but installing a fresh bead of sealant or a brand-new rubber profile is highly recommended before final engine reassembly.

## Shipping

* **Secure Packaging:** The breather cover and gasket are cleaned of external engine grime, dried, and wrapped in multiple protective layers of heavy-duty industrial bubble wrap.

* **Safe Delivery:** Boxed within a rugged, thick-walled cardboard shipping carton filled with shock-absorbing packing peanuts to eliminate transit shifting and protect the component edges from getting nicked.
