## Description

Up for sale is a **Genuine OEM Front Headlight Assembly (Complete Lens & Chrome Bucket Housing Set)**.

This factory lighting unit was carefully removed from a clean, fully functional 2002 Suzuki VL800 Intruder Volusia with only **12,855 original miles** on the odometer. The motorcycle was completely tested before teardown — the headlight high/low beam activated flawlessly, and the entire front illumination network functioned with factory-spec consistency.

This is a factory original Suzuki component set, proudly **Made in Japan** by Stanley. Unlike generic aftermarket replacements, this setup features the authentic Stanley glass lens unit (stamped 997-16148) and the heavy-duty metal chrome-plated outer bucket housing bucket with its factory bottom mounting bracket and installation bolts.

* **Functional Condition:** Perfect working order. The glass lens front face is exceptionally clean, completely crystal clear, and has no cracks, severe road stone pitting, or chips. The internal silver reflective backing is bright and not burned. The factory wire retention springs and rear rubber bulb boot are fully intact.

* **Cosmetic & Rust Notes:** Being a vintage front-facing part over 20 years old, there is visible surface rust/corrosion on the inside. Oxidation is present around the inner alignment adjustment springs/screws (shown in 2nd photo) and along the inner unchromed steel rim edge of the lens frame casing (shown in 4th photo). The main exterior chrome shell bucket holds a beautiful high-shine mirror reflection with only normal light micro-scuffs from washing. Please review all high-resolution photos carefully to evaluate the exact condition.
